Shipping

 

We will ship the goods ordered by you to the address you designate at the time you place your order. The ordered goods will be delivered as early as possible after the acceptance of your order. Once the ordered goods are delivered, you become the owner of the goods and they are held at your own risk. We will not be responsible for goods loss or destruction after delivery. 

 

Please note that shipping rates and procedures will depend on the type of items you choose, shipping method and destination. Kindly note that shipping time base on the package leaves the distribution center. For more information on estimated delivery day and time please call on 1-800-208-5674

 

Returning an Item

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchased goods because of some defect, you need to fill out the given Return Authorization form that is enclosed with every package. Just enclose that form with the product(s) you want to return. You have to indicate whether you want to get a refund, store credit or make an exchange for some other product. Only In Stock products can be returned or exchanged. All shipping charges apply to shipments of exchange orders and they are billed as the real method of payment.

 

If you want to return some item, it’s your responsibility to posses them and take their proper care as long as you own them. Please call or email us if you want to return the items and we send you pre- paid labels. You must return the items in their original condition with immediate packaging and within their cooling off period.

 

Kindly note that shipping costs are not subject to refund. Only those items accepted for return or refund, which are returned in unused and new condition, and in their original packaging to make sure full credit. We do not take back worn or damaged products. We may take off a customer from our customer list if they make more than three returns and we will not accept further orders from this customer.

 

Also, refunds are accepted for pierced items in their original packaging. When returning your purchased items you must make sure that the plastic bag contain your order is properly sealed. If there’s no plastic bag or if the bag is tampered, the item cannot be refunded or exchanged.
